Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Additional Bonus: $5000 per quarter + 20% annual discretionary
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: This is a 5-day on-site role based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Role Overview:
The Director of Sales- SaaS will oversee BoomerangFX’s expansion strategy across North America, driving sales growth and ensuring best-in-class execution in a rapidly scaling environment. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategy to drive SaaS adoption across the medspa and aesthetic market, achieving ambitious revenue growth and market-share goals.
- Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market initiatives and maximize client acquisition and retention.
- Own pipeline management end-to-end, including regular pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and deal strategy to ensure consistent revenue delivery.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise accounts to expand BoomerangFX’s footprint in new and existing markets.
- Drive data-informed decision-making through KPI tracking, reporting, and insights presented to the CEO and executive team.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales leadership, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or related industries.
- Proven success building and scaling sales teams from the ground up in high-growth environments.
- Strong experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations discipline.
- Exceptional high on energy with strong personality and have done similar job in the past.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results through others.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating business goals into executable sales plans.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and client needs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.
- Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
